• Your name (usually the parent, guardian, or adult planning the event)

• Event type, event date, venue name, city, and estimated guest count

• Inspiration photos or PDF files you choose to upload, and a Pinterest link if you provide one
• The consultation date and time you request
• Notes or other information you choose to provide

Our website also records information associated with your request, such as the page you submitted it from, your consent selection and the time you gave it, and scheduling information.

The website does not request payment-card information, home addresses, or the age or date of birth of a quinceañera or other minor.

Inspiration Uploads

Photos and PDFs you upload are stored privately with your request. They are available only to authorized staff, who use them to prepare your design consultation. If your request is approved, the files become part of your client record.

Please upload only images you have the right to share, and avoid uploading photos that show children, other people who have not agreed to share them, or documents containing sensitive personal information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your consultation request
• Temporarily hold the consultation time you select while you complete your request
• Approve, decline, or propose a different time for your consultation
• Prepare design ideas for your consultation
• Match requests from existing clients to their records

Requesting a consultation does not, by itself, reserve your event date or create an agreement for decoration services.

Customer Relationship Management

Information submitted through our website is stored in the Imperial customer relationship management system. This system is shared by the Imperial family of businesses, which includes Imperial Decorations, Imperial Grand Events, and Imperial Design & Boutique.

Depending on the nature and status of your request, this may include your contact details, language preference, event details, design preferences, uploaded files, consultation information, message, consent selection, and related status information.

Authorized staff of these businesses may access this information as necessary to respond to requests, manage appointments, and provide services. If you are also a client of another Imperial business, your records may be linked so that we can coordinate your services.

Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate portions of our website and business, including:

• Supabase — hosts our customer relationship management database and the private storage for uploaded files.
• Resend — sends transactional emails, including request confirmations, approvals, declines, proposed time changes, and calendar invitations.
• Cloudflare — hosts and secures our website and processes the requests you send through it.
• Google Fonts and Unsplash — deliver the fonts and some of the images shown on our website.

Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your consultation request. These may include confirmation that we received your request, approval or decline of your consultation, a proposed new time with a private link to accept or decline it, calendar invitations, and other information needed to respond to you. Our staff may also receive an internal notice containing the details of your request.

Our website does not operate a marketing email subscription or newsletter program.

Telephone

If you provide a telephone number, we may use it to contact you about your request or consultation, according to the contact method you choose. The website does not send automated SMS messages.

Browser Storage

Our website stores one item in your browser's local storage: your language preference, so the site remembers whether you chose English or Spanish. It stays in your browser until you clear it and is not sent to us. The website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics.

Analytics and Advertising

Imperial Decorations does not use advertising pixels or third-party website analytics such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or Hotjar in the website code. If we introduce analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement additional consent mechanisms when appropriate.

External Websites and Services

Our website may link to third-party services such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Children's Privacy

Imperial Decorations designs celebrations such as quinceañeras, whose honorees are usually minors. Our consultation form is intended to be completed by a parent, guardian, or other adult planning the event, and it does not ask for the honoree's name, age, or date of birth. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
