Design Consultations

You may use the website to request an in-person design consultation. A time you select is held temporarily while you complete your request; a temporary hold is not a confirmed appointment. Imperial Decorations may approve, decline, or propose a different time depending on availability. A consultation is confirmed only when we confirm it to you.

No Reservation of Your Event Date

Requesting or attending a consultation does not reserve your event date or our services. Your date and services are reserved only after the requirements we specify have been met, which may include:

• Agreement on the design, scope, and price of the services
• Signing the applicable written services agreement
• Payment of any required deposit
• Completion of any other booking requirements we communicate to you

Pricing and Services Agreements

Prices, packages, and services depend on your event and design and may change without notice until they are set out in a signed agreement. The signed services agreement governs the scope, pricing, payments, deposits, cancellations, installation, removal, venue coordination, and other terms of your decoration services. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for those services.

Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide reasonably accurate and current information when you submit a request. You are responsible for making sure the email address and telephone number you provide are correct so that we can communicate with you about your request.

Content You Upload

By uploading photos, files, or links, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us. You keep any rights you have in that content, and you allow Imperial Decorations to store and use it to respond to your request and design your event. Do not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that contains sensitive personal information.

Private Scheduling Links

We may send you a unique link to accept or decline a proposed consultation time. These links are intended only for the recipient of our email. Do not publish or forward a private scheduling link to anyone else.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may link to or load content from third-party services, including social-media platforms, font providers, and image providers. Those services are operated independently from Imperial Decorations and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Acceptable Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
